Love that Jacuzzi

1) The kitchen cabs are too high over the sink,
2) The folding door to my laundry room broke about 6-8 weeks ago, and they STILL HAVE NOT REPLACED IT DESPITE REPEATED CALLS!!!
3) I nearly had a flood in my kitchen because no one informed the new girl in the office that PLUMBING PROBLEMS are EMERGENCIES.
4) Outsiders have no trouble getting into our area, but we only have ONE entrance. It's been blocked before by traffic, road work, and once, by Fordham Glen's resurfacing fiasco.
5) THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MAINTENANCE PEOPLE. THREE is too FEW, no matter how competent!
6) The common laundry room shares the exhaust to mine, and has, until recently, been venting moist heat into my dryer, causing it to overheat and shut down. Maintenance did their best, but I'm going to have to invest in some long screws to make the cover they installed stay in place. Forget about asking the guys to take care of something that minor.
Otherwise, the neighbors are pretty nice, the courtyard is just charming, the manager actually lowered my rent by $15 a month, and no one's tried to break in - yet.
I'm in an area that has good parking, although I know other parts of the complex aren't so good. Just TRY to find a parking space south of the clubhouse! I'm sorry for those folks.
Look for my review of Lakehaven, in case you think I've 'sugar-coated' this review, :)
