I will be the first to say something if there is an issue, and I have had a couple with Glenlake Club, but looking back after everything is said and done, they have done everything to deal with it and make things right. I previously had a negative review and removed it this evening. As far as apartments can be, there have been some bumps, but overall it isn't bad... The apartment is nice for the price, and Lincoln Property Company has put a ton of money into the complex since acquiring it about a year and a half ago. I am renewing my lease, and that is definitely a complement. The office staff is excellent, friendly, understanding, and any repair I have needed has been done within 24 hours. Thanks!

I agree. Have had a few issues with plumbing, but the tiny (by comparison to Lakehaven's) maintenance crew of three seems very competent - mostly, although replacing the door to my laundry took a long time and when they did, the guy who tried to fit the other door to the frame (hired because of his HVAC certification) did an awful job cutting down the door. I could have done a better job by chewing the excess wood off! The other issue was the color of the door. Original door was cheap wood-look plastic, 'new' door was stark white, a poor choice against cream-colored walls. Eventually the head of maintenance brought in another cheap wood-look door - with the right tools to cut it with. Looks fine now, but I was prepared to replace it myself with an inexpensive wood door from the lumber yard.
Other than that, I don't have too many complaints. I cannot fault the management/maintenance communication; it seems very consistent. The upkeep (painting, replacing old trim, etc.) has been moving steadily along. Pity about the parking, but I will most likely renew my contract next April too.
