I?ve lived here one year now, and I?m still very happy with my apartment. The view of the golf course is great. You will hear your upstairs neighbor walk, and it can be quite loud at times, so be sure to get a third floor apartment if this bothers you. Parking is sometimes difficult if you get home late, and it is not well lit. It?s too bad so many people have complained about the construction and renovation on the property, because I?m sure they would be the first to complain if nothing was done! I?ve always received notices before any construction starts, and I?m glad they?re trying to keep the property in good shape.


Expect very slow dial up connections if you use a modem for the internet, and the cable is overpriced for what they offer. Overall construction quality is average, but the widows VERY drafty, and your electric/gas bill will be higher than usual as a result.
