Stay here only if you want to pay heavy fines

I stayed at Park Side Estates for 18 months. Its a decent place for the price , but I found the apartment managers to be unhelpful. I had to change apartments because of neighbours who smoked heavily and even that was only possible after complaining to the upper management. After my exit, I got a letter saying that I have to pay $550 in fines citing broken cabinet doors(7 of them!) and kitchen counter top. The cabinet doors were in very good condition when I left the apartment and were in the same state when I got the apartment. The apartment manager never checked the apartment with me and I feel the fines were due to a grudge she had because of the previous complaint I made with the upper management. Now I have to dispute this matter with the collection agency.
