I pay $750 for a 2bd 1ba.

Parking varies depending on your bldg location.

Be careful of the UTI kids. Those guys peel out everytime they leave. It can get annoying. The management put in speed bumps on the areas where these kids live.

There are 4 or 5 people in some 1bd apartments but that doesn't mean they are not nice people. I guess it drives up the water bill for the rest of us but its not a whole lot.

The management is retarded and rude.

The apts are small. The appliances work.

You need a card to do the laundry. The card can only be refilled when the office is open. They had the machines which accepted money in every laundry room but now they have been moved back to the main office for your "convinience"

The fitness center is usally closed on sundays although they claim it will be open until 6pm. During weekdays its open until 9pm. The equipment is ok. I wish they had free weights.

Since they renovated in 2004 the place looks a lot nicer.

Also, the pot holes were taken care of during the renovation.

Overall, i recommend it if you want to save money.
