Oh, where to begin...
The walls and ceiling are paper thin. I constantly hear the guy above me.
Bees invaded my apartment last summer and I had to complain 4 times before maintenance did anything about it.
My neighbor waited 3 weeks for maintenance to fix his mailbox lock and 2 weeks for them to fix his front door lock.
The office employees at Stonegate are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.
I have trashy neighbors that think it's funny to light fireworks at 3:00am on any given night.
Weekend drunken noise is always a problem!
If you ever wondered where they got people for the Jerry Springer Show, you've found it!
The ONLY good thing I can say about Stonegate is that it's conveniently located on a Pace Bus route. It takes you to the Glen Ellyn Metra station, which works out well for me.
Bottom line...I won't be resigning my lease!
