I think that this is a great place for any college kid who wants a cheap place to party and create a lot of noise and mess that will be overlooked by the office staff. But if you are an adult who works and wants a home, do not move here. The kids are too noisy, with stereos blasting until 3-4am, trash all over the place, broken glass, and people screaming off their balconies. Some dont even realize that the fourth of July is over, and setting off fireworks etc late at night is no longer appropriate. As for when I moved in, my apartment was never cleaned and no one offered to go in and fix it. The carpet is stained, the paint on the walls have spots, and one closet mirror is cracked. I do appreciate the effort being made to fix patios etc, but it would be more prudent to get rid of the residents who do not treat this property with respect. Of course that will never happen. After all, they just want to lease the place up as soon as possible and the place already has a reputation for college parties. Guess I'll be moving.
