i have never seen a rat,and you need to learn how to spell its ---- not fuk,if you had rats then u had to have garbage all over outside and inside your apartment,why didnt you call and report it if it was so true .sex offenders are all over the world no one can do anything about that ,i still say you were asked to leave and you are mad
