Regaurding the comment about rats. You can be the cleanest person (like me) and you can still see rats in the hallways. You can thank your dirty neighbors for that.
I have seen my share of rats in the hallway. I just pray I dont see any cocroaches, cause that will be the day I never go back there. And for those of you who say you only get roaches from having a dirty apartment, not true. you can also get those from your neightbors. Roaches climb through the walls, and they reproduce by the hundreds.

As for that place being a zoo with all the animals. I cant even walk my dog, because of all the pitbull fighting owners. My dog has already been attacked there.
And then you have the complete idoits that just let there dogs out without a leash.
What are you guys thinking.

As for the breathing arrangments, it is so hot in these apartment, just dont even plan on it.
You have to sleep with your windows more then half way open to even being to sleep comfortable.
