Ok, the noise is bad, but it's mostly the UTI kids causing it. But if you feel unsafe here, then you need to move back in with your mommy. The office staff is only rude to bad tenants, and they are helpful to the good ones. If you have a stack of complaints in the office, don't expect maintenance to rush to your apt. for a leaky faucet. Parking was bad, but we just got the new system and although it's not perfect yet, atleast they're working on it. I moved in on a special for 600$/month, and I wouldnt pay a penny more for a one bedroom at Stonegate, and I also have no intentions on resigning a lease with them. But I would say its a good "starter" apartment and if you have a family you might want to consider something else.

you said: >If you have a stack of complaints in the >office, don't expect maintenance to rush to >your apt. for a leaky faucet. Why?!!! Everyone has the right to complain. It's their responsibility to fix a leaking faucet right way whether I complain a lot or not, whether I am a good or bad tenant. The fact that there are a lot of complaints on this apartment just means there's something wrong with it. |
