Man...where do I begin' Fights and loud music in the paking lot, not to mention cars peeling out at all hours of the night. Have had to call the police twice. Not a single neighbor has ever answered me when I've said hello...apartments are poorly constructed and the Stonegate bugs are legendary. Car side mirror intentionally smashed in while in the parking lot (which is routinely packed with cars on blocks since all the UTI students who live and party here use the lots as personal mechanic shops.) Girlfriend is harassed by loitering teens when walking alone. Heat has no controls and comes on when it feels like it. Shower shoots out scalding hot water randomly. Neighbors leave garbage in the stairwells. Shall I continue' Since the patio doors don't shut all the way there is a constant draft (not fun in the Winter). Laundry room accepts only laundry cards which can only be charged in the main office during office hours and only in $5.00 increments. There are only 3 washers/driers per building, so units are almost always all occupied. Repaved parking lot full of potholes three months later. Rent is cheap, but that's why conditions are so bad. I wouldn't live here again if they paid me.
