We moved into this cozy little hell-hole hoping to stay there a couple of years and save up to buy a house. We barely made it a year. The nasty white trash upstairs were breeding vicious pitbulls. Horns honking in the middle of the night/early morning. Derilect cars waiting to be put back together by the hard partying, balcony-screaming, foulmouthed, inconsiderate UTI students who all live there. The cops were pulling in every other day to deal w/the Latin King gang activity and graffiti all over the place. Let me tell you how nice it is to bring friends over only for them to see the group of teens smoking pot in a circle in back of the building. We lived in a dog building which means we could not walk through the grass around the building 'cause very few people pick up after their dog. The apartments are tiny and there is no storage. The water tastes like crap and the shower temp will vary wildly 10 times per shower. Try cooking something in the galley kitchen w/out the smoke alarm going off. Bug infestations abound and one of your neighbors is a convicted child molester - it's fun to try and guess which one! If you love loud thumping music and cars squealing tires at 2:00am, by all means, rent here. But, if you have class and a brain, look around a little bit. We found an apartment twice the size for the same price one town south. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
