Left apartment nice & clean situation, steam vaccumed & deodorize the carpet, but still lost my security deposit on the grounds of carpet wasn't clean!!!! I had to fight & they had to pay my security deposit back.
They will offer you to waive the application fees if you sign your lease at your very first visit, but wouldn't do so if you go back after an hour or even a month so If you want to take advantage first time take your friend with you pretend that he is the one who wants to rent & if you decide to move to that ---- hole then go back again with your name & ID signup the lease during your first visit & save $80.
