parking is a nightmare, parties at all hours and days of the night. At 8am weekdays you will be woke up by the sound of loud racing cars from the school next door. This place is a Freshman dorm complex for all the mechanics going to school next door. They don't tell you this when you sign your lease. The apartments are trash. The electrical is shambles...Since nothing is grounded in the building correctly. Try and watch T.V and you get a mexican radio station through you speakers. The paint on the walls is about 1/8 inch thick and is part of what is holding them up. Our apartment is actually sloping toward the parking lot(the water in our fish tank has a 1/2"horizontal tilt) when told to management this is "normal". And finnally if you do decide to live here be prepared to be told your due to be inspected approx. 1 time per month And then nobody shows up when you wait for them.

seems like things are not the same since the management took offer ,things are going down the tubes
