The rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Most residents are inconsiderate UTI students who drink, smoke, play their music rediculously loud and puke/pee off the balcony (I've seen it first hand). The property was recently sold to MidAmerica Management and I am very unhappy withe the new customer service. These employees are rude, lazy, and have no idea what they're talking about. My apartment is tiny, but in pretty good condition. I wish I wasn't too embarassed to bring people over (who knows who they'll run into). Overall, this is a very unfriendly place and I would NOT recommend moving in. I'm out as soon as possible!
