I have been here for 2 years and the first year was ok, not too many problems, but now that Community Property Mgt. took over, it is a disaster!! They entered my apartment without notice, and moved my furniture (drilled holes and got drywall EVERYWHERE)Put nothing back in it's place and didn't clean up after themselves.. and that was just yesterday! The problems I have had with these people over the last couple months are endless. Parking sucks! Maintenance sucks! Management sucks! Noisy, ghetto, unsafe!! Stay away from this hellhole!
