This is place is horrible & getting worse! A new management company took over & they are terrible. The staff - at least the ones that bother to acknowledge you - are rude, clueless and completely unhelpful. Like other reviewers have said, the complex is overrun by UTI students. This is basically like living in a college dorm. VERY loud - partying and setting off fireworks. The complex is definitely not safe - I will not go out at night by myself. You hear (and smell) everything that goes on in other apartments. When the people upstairs walk around, my walls vibrate and it sounds like the ceiling will come down. The building reeks of cigarette & pot smoke and old garbage.

Also - if you do rent here, don't use the rental drop box. Several people I know here - me included - have had problems with it. The idiot office staff will claim that they never received the check and charge you late fees. Since you can't prove that you dropped off the check, you're stuck paying the late charges. Make sure you take your check into the office and get a receipt. This has only been a problem since the new management company took over. I can't tell if it's because the staff is clueless or if they do it intentionally to make more $ in late fees.
