This not a good place to live in.
There are rarely any maintenance done. Can't walk on the grass because of the Dog ---- laying in there. I contacted management about this issue and nothing was done about it. Everyday I see this lady letting her dog go on the lawn and just walks away without picking up.
Sometimes smelly.
Stonegate tries it best to keep all unit rented out, so they really don't care about disciplining current tenants for noise or other things they do.
If you have kids, don't even think about it.
One day I was in the office to pay rent and heard of another tenant complaning that someone tried to break into his apartment. That was during my first month at stonegate.

I am currently considering paying the 2 months rent penalty to get out of the least. The price definitly not worth the trouble.

They are now turning these units into condo. I just spoke to the sales office which mentioned that there will be NO improvements to the property or the unit. Also the buyers are most likely going to rent it and not live in the unit.
No changes in sight !
