The reviews about noise, and so on, pretty well tells it all. However, one big item is how the Home office in Cincinnatti handles your lease. They place it on your credit report as an open account! How absurd! I didn't think this to be much of an issue, as my rent was always paid and on time -- BUT, if you want to get a loan or a mortgage, then you have to explain why you have this huge open debt to Community Properties on your credit report! And try to get something in writing from them HAH!

I rent from someone who owns the so called "condo". So, hopefully that didn't happen to me!
