I lived at Stonegate for an entire year, that is an entire year of battling bad neighbors and extrmely poor management.
The halls of my former abode were disgusiting! I actually had to call the Maintenance crew twice because there were condoms left lying on the floor in the hall. The non-smoking in the hall policy was barely enforced even after several dozen complaints and telling the managers where they could find a stash of cigarett butts. When I first moved in a Maintence man cleanned the halls everyday, apparently that is no longer in the budget since there are so many people that are living illegally in building and not paying rent! The maintenance crew was the only aspect of Stonegate that deserves any praise at all! Perhaps the biggest pet peeve I have for that nasty stain of aparment buildings in Glendale Heights is the LAUNDRY ROOMS! It was horrible even after numerous calls the dryers hardly ever worked! I even had to be present at all times in the laundry room--which was three doors down--because one time someone put their laundry in with mine after I had left. The clothes I found in with mine were disgusting, stained, and less than savorry! I never felt safe and the gang of teenage boys right outside of my apartment that I called about several times did not help. If you llike scary dogs move to Stonegate.
In conslusion if you want to pay to much money be packed into an apartment building that has three times the perscribed limit of people living in it, and if you like to smell a combo of vomit, bad milk, and sweat move to Stonegate.
