I moved here with the intention of buying one of the condos. It was delayed so I have been living here several months as a renter. My building is quiet with no problems. Next building over I believe there are still renters who are not planning on buying. A few of them are somewhat loud (cars) but i believe they will be gone soon. I have had no problems at all and really like it here.
