I lived at the Stonegate for almost 3 years. In that time I rarely had any problems. When I did have minor problems maintenance came in fixed them RIGHT away--less than an hour. The next time I would see the maintenance man on the property he would make sure the problem was fixed to my standards. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell they care about their job and making the residents happy. They always went out of their way to make sure everything was going smoothly. The staff works hard to make the grounds look nice. You will always see them plannting flowers, painting the playground equipment, or maintaining the pool--which is very clean and nice.
There is always ample parking for you and visitors. Our apartment was immaculately cleaned and nicely painted when we moved in. All the appliances are very nice and in excellent condition. In 3 years, we never had a problem with an appliance. The electricity bill was also very low.
If you like quiet, I would recommend trying to get an apartment on the third floor. In the 3 years we lived there we did have noise trouble with some of the upstairs neighbors, but you can never hear the neighbors on the side.
I recently moved to a bigger place run by different management and I wish I'd never left. The staff does an excellent job at Stonegate.
