I have lived here for about a year with my family. The noise is horrible, we have had vandalizim done to the building, Kids running up and down the stairs and hallways at all hours. Partys on weekends that are so loud and go into the mid of night we had to call the police a few billion times. Staff are alright, except for getting anyone out here to fix anything period thats a whole different story, it can take days or weeks for a half assed job. I am worried about the saftey around here as well, its gone down hill and yes even with the "new" condo's. The apartments are tiny, the toilet jams constantly, are appliences bad like the microwave and the stove has issues with lighting on a constant basis. Now the office staff are sending ppl notices to get out by a certain time becuase they want to continue the converstion of condo's, they give you anywhere from a few weeks to 2 months to find another place and move. They did lie about the whole condo thing and us having to get out, obviously so they could get someone to sign the lease and make money. I hate the fact of the laundry rooms being every other building, so in the winter you have to walk in the freezing cold and hope you don't slip on ice becuase there is ice everywhere and they usually don't salt anything. The wires in this place are bad, our lights flicker and phone disconnects alot. There is alot of drug issues around here and domestic fights and dangers, the cops are constantly here on and off breaking things up, I see it all the time at this complex anywhere. Parking is ok... I wouldn't suggest this area to anyone with a family and or likes there quiet or cooperation. ppl around here have been more and more rude, disgusting and problematic. I have lived in the back and now up front.. so I have dealt with both in the past year.

Wow that is really sad I heard that Stonegate rent out to minors as long as they have a job I happen to know of some teenager that are renting at stonegate these kids needs to be home with there parent under supervision that a dam shame I cant beleive they allow this I called stone gates and they said as long as the person is 18 they can rent a 2 bedroom to a 18yr old and they move in there friends and split the rent thats why they are having these problem with drugs and fighting I would want to live there you can call me Concern
