There are crack pipes in the yards where the children play, there is garbage on the streets, grass and sidewalks, (the staff say thats all a part of apartment living) the other tenants have no respect for anybody, when you tell the office staff they shrug it off, the sink backs up with sewage (this has happened twice already) the bath tub got blocked and after a 2 weeks they finally came out and fixed it the bath tub was full of feces, apartments are broken into, cops chase people in and out of all of the buildings, none of the appliances are up to date, the fire doors are even up to code, the front doors constantly slam shut because they are not properly latched, there are wires hanging everywhere, they took down walls and roaches spilled out, I had 3 roaches in my apartment, They say that large wolf breed dogs arnt allowed ant yet everybody is running around with a wolf like dog or a pit bull and this place is full of illegal immigrants, I can't beleive they want to charge $89,000 to buy this ---- hole, I am moving out in Feb to buy a house because frankly even if I couldnt buy a house I would rather be homeless then live in this hell hole anymore!!

ha ha We are moving out in Feb. also!! Everything you said is true, and management told us if we didn't like it...we knew what to do when our lease is up. So , we are leaving.
