I was stupid enough to buy a condo. They gutted and rebuilt the inside and it was a terrible job done. I had to call them back 5x to fix things and it was pulling teeth to get them to come back. The next door renters were 20 somethings doing drugs every night and drinking. Smoke would seep into my place through the bathroom. I had to call the cops 2x on them and call mgmt until they finally told me they were being evicted. Finally they are gone. You can hear the person walking around above you...sounds like they are gonna fall through the ceiling. There are nothing but punks hanging around the grounds. There is dog crap all over the grounds. There has been a random bike laying in the courtyard for months now. The snow removal is terrible. Only 1 dryer was working for months. I do my laundry at a nearby laundromat. Go look elsewhere if you can and do NOT buy here. I am going to sell and move as soon as the market is better.

omg i was stupid bought the condo and i had to call them a million tims everything is chipping the cabinets the ugly ass sink and mirror. theres beaners up stairs im on the ground floor and there are 4 freaking familys living all illegal im sure. the big kahuna grandma -------- leaves the 4 kids on the porch at 11pm at night bouncing a freaking ball,....my boyfriend went out and told the big kahuna if you dont start taking responsibility for youre animals i going to have them taken away dcfs or something. i hate it and we have to be here for atleast 5 more years or try to sell it ha right! ---- stonegate stonegate sucks! oh and when i was in bed at 4am i opened mhy eys to a dirty hispanic man at my window staring at me and drooling,..he looked like he was in his 50's and im 21,...i as in a tshirt,...----- i alled police but theres so many random --------- walking around he got lost in the crowd. stonegate you TRASH TRASH! ALL KINDS OF TRASH. god hates me

noise is terrible,drive buy the office after 9 pm lots of drugs and gangs out side,they have laundry cards you have to fill in the office but who want s to go in there not noing whats gonna happen after you leave the office,stff sucks,not safe for kids to run around alone,check the pedifiles on line ,they rent these appts to anyone ,use to be nice to live at ,now it has no control
