I should have read these comments before I moved in! Being truly blessed, I didn't(not yet)have the "illegal neighbours" and roaches problem as others do. But I do agree that the management for the apartment is poor(the lock of the door was broken on the first day I moved in,I stayed outside with my stuffs for 2 hours at 8 pm until someone came to open the door),ants problem, awful snow removal, cars are always staying at the parking lot, and the kids & neighbors are really annoying(the teens live by me kick soccer on my wall 2-3 times a week)!! Plus, the ceiling is like made by cardboard, true, u can tell where the people who live upstairs are going, the worst is I know the guy wakes up at 6:30am everyday.

Before I need to deal with all the money issues caused by the stupid, dishonest agent, I've never thought of finding a place to express my anger and to suggest people not to stay here since I think the problems above may happen to other apartment complex. However, after I paid for a $24 late rent fee and got a $1000 electricity bill, I got to say something.

Okay, that "nice, smart" guy Kyle told me that I can pay my rent by credit card via the phone in case I am out of down. I asked him for at least 2 times bcoz I know most people don't accept credit card payment by phone due to security problem. He said "sure u can do that". Alright, last month when I was out of town for a week, I called the management office during office hour twice but it went to the voicemail. I was one day late when I paid the rent and I told the staff my situation. What I heard is "it's only $24. and it's impossbile for Kyle to tell u the wrong thing, I think u misunderstood him". What' only $24, why don't u pay for me then' and u think I am dumb enough to misunderstand his English'

Guys, pay $100-200 more and forget about the 2 months rent free and find a heaven to stay. It's not a horrible place to stay if the gangsters are gone, the neighbours are more considerate and the staff are not irresponsible like this. But now it's just not the time.
