I'm an owner and I'm very happy with my condo. I fixed it up beautiful and enjoy my life everyday. My neighbors are very hard working couples or single people who respect the place where we live and have had no problems. The bad reviews that are written on this page seems to come from renters who were asked to move out at the end of their leases or were told at least a year in advance that the complex was going Condo. If they took the gamble and lost there chance at living in a nice place and had to move elsewhere, that's not the complexes problem. As for 16 people living in the same apartment, 1 call to the Village of Glendale Heights will have them evicted in 1 day. That is a guarantee!!!
The new condo owners don't want any problems where they have invested their hard earned money. They want to live in a clean, safe and friendly environment. Maybe the renters need to seek out the actual condo owners and ask if they are going to rent out their condo and move into those places as to moving into the apartments that are still up for sale. Condo owners take great care in their property and want to keep it that way. That's why some of them bought the condos in the first place. They make money and want good people to live in them and take care of the place while they live in the condo. It is a two way street. Condo owners and renters living in harmony.

first off, when we came to check out this place, and even went to sign the lease they NEVER told us that they were turning them into condos. We rent, and we use our hard earned money to pay for this dump. I have called them many times nicely about this bug problem that we are still have (now for 8 months) and they said that they would do something about it, but they still havent. Its getting to the point where Im going to have the health department called, and have them come in. I have evidence to, I took pictures when the worst of this happens. Maybe its just your building thats nice, but my next door neighboors are smoking pot everyday and every night have parties, and I dont want my 1 year old smelling that ----. I have told the main office this, but it doesnt seem like they care. Not to mention our building looks like ----, and we only have 1 washer and dryer that works at a time if we are lucky.
I dont see why anyone would want to buy those condos? Why would you want a condo that doesnt even have a washer and dryer hookup?! yall nuts to buy a condo from them...and 89,900 is a lot of money for the ---- that you get in them.

"1 call to the Village of Glendale Heights will have them evicted in 1 day. That is a guarantee!!!"
You obviously either lie for your own cause or are completely ignorant. You can't get anyone evicted in one day (or one month for that matter). Occupancy is an easy lie ("no, they are friends here for the night, they don't live here officer")...as to owners caring about their condos, that's more bunk. I live in Palatine and am looking to move BECAUSE they went condo! Now that I've learned that most condos are bought by "investors" to rent, not live in, I am seeing what really happens. My once decent apartment complex is now being rented by condo owners who turned thier units Section 8 and now we have ghetto types all over, hanging out at all hours in the parking lot, crowding the stairs, sitting on peoples cars, blasting music and leaving trash and bottles all over the place. It sucks big time...
Note to everyone: If you can't buy a townhome or single residence right now, find a better apartment to reside in and spend the extra money a decent place demands. You can't find a nice apartment at a cheap price anywhere around here...trust me I've tried! Leave the ghetto complexes to the ghetto trash. :-(
