I am sorry to inform people that this apartment complex or condo association is infested with roaches. My fiance and I were looking for a reasonable priced condo for rent on craigslist. We found one for 780$. It was located in STonegate which we had never heard of before. We looked it up on this site and saw all the horrible stories. We didnt want to believe it so we went to look at the condo about 1 month ago. It was pretty shady and looked like a dump on the outsides. Paint chipping, people with garbage and all sorts of stuff on their patios, and illegals everywhere. While inside the condo my fiance used the bathroom, where a roach had fell into the toilet after he flushed! Then i opened a kitchen cabinet and found another. There was also roaches in the halls of the outside. Im not trying to be rude but roaches are hard to get rid of and they are distgusting so i highly doubt if you rent or own here, you dont have roaches! Also when i called the complex to ask about the roaches before going there...the office lady was extremly rude and said all apartments have a bug problem!!!hahaha thats a joke

I've lived here for 2.5 years and have never seen a roach. I also find your "illegals" comment offensive. There are a mix of people living here, white, black, hispanic, asian. As far as the condition of the building, the management co. is currently painting the outside areas in sections.

First of all, i was really wanting to rent here so i wouldnt lie. I was discusted with the roaches everywhere and i dont understand how anybody could deny it. The two buildings i looked at were in the back. Absolutley not in good condition! I even called and asked the office about the "roaches" and she told me yes they have an exterminator come every week. So that should prove right there, that there is a problem with roaches. Honestly listen to all the bad reviews because they are true. Go ahead and look at them yourself.

i just moved out of that place. we found a place in carol stream thats almost twice as big, 40 bucks cheapier a month, office staff that are wonderful, and no bug problem here. i cant believe that we lived there, let me tell you its wonderful to let my 15 month old play in the house and wonder around all day without worrying that shes going to eat some kind of bug. We had horrible ant problems all winter, june bugs and roaches. not to mention the maintance staff whenever they would pick up trash out side they would ALWAYS stare into my apt. to see what I was doing! LOSERS!
