I moved into stonegate in july and i havent expirienced anything bad. well, we did have a problem with existing stains on the carpet and they came in and replace the whole thing. when it snows, the parking lots is constantly be plowed. parking is a little aggrevating if your lazy like me and hate walking 30 ft. my neighbors are great. very quiet. i haven't even turned on my heater all winter. rent is high but if you factor in everything like the 24 hour gym, the heated pool, the business center, the basketball court, the snow plowing, dogs allowed, ect..its well worth it. those who don't do anything that i have just listed, this may not be the place in your budget if your not going to take advantage. i rate this place a 4 out of 5

4 out of 5!? Are you blind AND deaf!? Or did you manage to get put in the ONE building that has no degenerate tenants? Or do you travel extensively? If you're never here, OF COURSE IT'S NICE!

I just realized that this stone gate is in illinois, ours is in massachusetts... owned by faurfield...that may be why our comments are so different..lol
