I have lived in many apartments but this is by far the worst. Maintence is terrible. The apartment was never cleaned before I moved in and they refused to clean it. They also showed me the wrong apartment, and that is why I signed the lease. I literally had to take a knife to the kitchen to get all the grease off the counters, cabniets, and walls. They don't turn on the heat till you are already freezing. We had to use our oven most of the time to heat the apartment. In the summer the ac is very poor and most of the time was unbearable to be in the apartment. There were only 3 lights in the entire space. One in the kitchen, one in the bathroom, and one in the "dining room." Thus, there was no light in the living room or the bedroom. Terrible! A waste of money!

i lived here 7 years maintence the best,my apt was very clean at moving in ,all my neighbors are great and many students move in and out ,but the students are good kids and helpful,sure weekends they like to party ,but they are young and just having fun ,not causing trouble heat is always on ,i have to open the sliding door ,buy a few lamps and plug them in if you want more lights,,even in the new homes there ae no bedroom lights u buy them plug them in simple,are you sure u turned your heat on ,my 1st year was cold in january i called the office they came right away ,i never turned my heat on and it was actually warm all that time then one night it was so cold here we never turned it on ,i wish i had the money to buy my place cause i would

Was just wondering if you were one of the people asked to move out? Just asking because I have lived here for awhile now and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Actually it's one of the NICEST places I have ever lived!
