IN THE SIX YEARS THAT I'VE LIVED HERE, I HAVE WATCHED THIS PROPERTY TRADE HANDS THREE TIMES. THE NEW OWNERS BY FAR HAVE BEEN THE WORST. ONLY RECENTLY HAVE THEY BEGUN TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE APPEARANCE OF THE PLACE, AND THAT IS AFTER NUMEROUS THEFTS, BREAK-INS, AND PILES OF POLICE REPORTS. PERHAPS IF STONEGATE DIDN'T CATER TO REDNECK GREASE MONKEYS, AND INNER CITY MINORITY GARBAGE, AND ILLEGAL BORDER JUMPERS... THE PLACE MIGHT BE DECENT (LIKE IT WAS BACK IN THE MID 80'S BEFORE ALL THE GARBAGE STARTED TO FLOOD IN). I WOULDN'T EVER TELL ANYONE TO LIVE HERE, AND I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T TRUST THE SMILING LIARS THAT WORK IN THE RENTAL OFFICE. THE PLACE IS FALLING APART, AND IF YOU'D LIKE TO SEE JUST HOW BAD IT IS BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE... DRIVE THROUGH ABOUT EIGHT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. IT RIVALS ANY GHETTO, OR SOUTHERN TRAILER PARK. So uh Urbanprisoner, can you say racist?? And if you hate it here so much why have you been here for six years? just wondering. Every complex you live in will have ---------, ------ and not so wealthy white ppl. If it bothers you so much, why don't you just move instead of complaining so much? My fiance and I have had no problems whatsoever, but then again we aren't narrow minded ignorant racists either. Have YOU had anyone break into your apt or car? have any of the other residents bothered you personally? If not, then just shut up and get out. it's ppl like YOU that make ppl not like living here.

Okay Mrsreich1981. Racist? To address your brainless ramblings... my mother lives here alone, so that' why I stay... to keep an eye on her. I know of two doorkick-ins, and THREE motorcycles being stolen about eight weeks ago, plus I have seen --------- going from car to car trying to break into them. And yes, thanks for asking... I have resolved numerous issues around my building with loud, ignorant trash... and neighbors DO bother me. No, no one has ever messed with me, no one is that stupid: and then you came along. I believe in being a sportsman. Respond to this post. We can meet at the tennis courts, where you can call me "racist" to my face... right before I knock you down, and curb stomp you until blood flows from your ears. Military trained, and 100% FULL BLOODED AMERICAN... and don't you ever forget it. I have no qualms about anyone... until you identify yourself as garbage. My original point is (which your simple, one dimensional intellect apparently missed) Stonegate is filled with trash. I don't find it a nice place, and as soon as dear mum passes: trust me... I'm out of this United Nations toilet. i am going to have to agree that this is THE biggest ---- hole i've every lived in. My wife and i got suckered into the purchasing a condo here and having it remodeled, because they were "cleaning things up". We deal with ignorant UTI students that loud/rude/obnoxious all day and all night. I'm trying to sell my unit and they are making it impossible for me to do so. There are people around here that i like and share the same problems/concerns i do, but there is also ALOT of trash here as well. My vehicle has been keyed 4 times in the past 2 months, my wifes vehicle has been hit, dinged , scratched as well. We have very nice vehicle we work hard to have and take very good care of. We presently have our lawyer reviews in the contract with the "association" to see if he can find any kind of clause that they are breaching. DO NOT RENT OR PURCHASE IN THIS ---- HOLE....I REGRET DOING SO!!!

IF THEY'D CEASE ALLOWING THE U.T.I. STUDENTS TO LIVE HERE, THE TRASH FACTOR WOULD DROP BY AT LEAST FORTY PERCENT. I HAVE STUDENT NEIGHBORS THAT CONSTNTLY PARTY, BREAK BEER BOTTLES EVERYWHERE, THERE IS GREASE ALL OVER THE HALLWAYS FROM THEIR WORK BOOTS, GROUND OUT CIGARETTES, AND THEIR BALCONY IS JUST AN ONGOING EMBARASSMENT. I CONTACTED THE OFFICE, AND THEY OF COURSE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT, BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE. I CALL THE POLICE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK... IN FACT, THE NIGHT DISPATCHER AND I ARE ON A FIRST NAME BASIS. FRIENDS OF MINE JUST BOUGHT A UNIT HERE, AND WERE HORRIFIED TO FIND THEY HAD A ROACH PROBLEM, AND HAD TO HAVE EXTERMINATORS COME TWICE. TURNS OUT THE INFESTATION IS COMING FROM A FAMILY OF LOW INCOME RESIDENTS IN THE BUILDING. THE ASSOCIATION FLATLY REFUSED TO RELEASE THEM FROM THE CONTRACT, OR EVEN PAY FOR ANY OF THE BUG COST. THAT IS STILL PENDING IN COURT. I WOULD WARN ANYBODY TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. IT'S A SHAME, THE COMPLEX HAS POTENTIAL... IF THEY'D JUST DO MORE THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECKS ON PROSPECTIVE RENTERS.

I am very pleased to report since my last entry, I have been partially responsible for getting a pair of Section 8's thrown out, and have watched at least three UTI scumbags pack their garbage on their 4X4... AND LEAVE. Apparently what works is mass calls to the Glendale Heights Police. Each time a unit is dispatched here, it generates a report, which is then mailed to the property manager. If they get enough complaints... that unit is kicked out. Having the police on speed dial is wonderful! I am also in the midst of LEGALLY getting a petition started that would FORCE UTI to close it's doors permanently, and take all the trailer trash losers along with it.
