In the last two years this place has gone from decent to pretty bad. Noise has always been an issue. Now there are wild parties all hours of the night, both on weekends and worknights. I've found beer bottles in the hallways. It can take weeks for the laundry appliances to be repaired. Indoor public areas are filthy, not because maintainence does not clean but because the people who live here are undesirable. Also, goose and duck droppings are a major problem and health concern. They advertise 24 hour emergency maintainence and security. Good luck getting someone to answer a pager! I'm very disappointed. Finally There is no high speed internet access and the cable company, TVMAX is not very good. If that's not enough, there will be road construction in front of the complex for the next year or 2.
