Stinks like urine.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I live in the 3rd floor of a building and the elevator constantly reaks of urine. When I called to complain, they said that no one else mentioned it which was a complete lie. This has gone on pretty much since I've moved in which is 11 months. I am convinced there is some rat problem and but they never found a fix for it. I will only use the stairs which is very inconvenient but my only choice. Do not live here.
