Gone downhill

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
When we first moved in, the office personnel were all very courteous and extremely helpful. When that group of people turned over, service went downhill considerably. It used to be that if a service request were made, it was handled almost immediately. Now, it takes over two months to get an exterminator to come and remove a yellow jacket nest in our wall. UNACCEPTABLE.
