Still a tenant as of 7/12/2007. Managemnt sucks big time...manager has no clue why he even exists on this earth...even the staffs are so rude...never cares once we sign the lease...maintainance are the worst here...apts are nasty and old...they treat u low, very low...parking is hell here...if u r gettin to the place after 9..u have to park more than 300yards away...nothing in the apt was working when we entered...we had to constantly ask them to fix and replace...elevator not to be used for moving things..laundry system didnt work the entire june month and still its not working..we have to take it somewhere else..when i went to complain abt it, that #$#$#$ be-yatch reply was,"go to another building"...i got real red...Breaking lease is another head ache if u r the only one on the lease... rules and policies are very dynamic to suit the management needs...NO NO NO NEVER EVER SIGN IN HERE...anyways i am leaving...pity the current ones...
