I would not recommend that anyone live here. My girlfriend and I moved in here a little over two weeks ago and it has been the worst experience I've ever had moving into an apartment. We have literally done the job for the leasing office and struggle to get anything done. Among the things they've messed up. We wanted to move into a vacant apartment a week after we had seen it and they told us no problem. We offered to give contact information so that they could confirm our employment but the leasing person said she could get it herself. Three days had gone by and we had not been contacted on whether or not we were approved so we called the leasing office person but that person had done nothing. She didn't try to find any number for our employers or do anything so I had to leave work and give the office a few of my pay stubs to confirm my employment. Two days later we contacted them and they still had not done anything. The day before we were supposed to move in, we called the office and the person that had been helping us had taken the day off. We had to have a different leasing person help us and that person complained about how much stuff she has to do and how she wasn't sure if she could get to our stuff. Everything the leasing office person told us was wrong or exhagerated. She told us there were laundry facilities on every floor, there are not! She told use a few things in our apartment would be fixed that day or the next. They were finally fixed over a week after we moved in. She told us that everyone gets a storage locker and once we gave her an unlocked lock that they would shove a piece of paper under our door telling us which locker we had. After a week of not hearing back from the office we went over to ask about the locker and we were told they don't have any open lockers so we couldn't get one. A couple of days after that we went to look at the lockers ourselves and there were two that were open and unused, they still remain unused and we still don't have a storage locker; we have had all of our boxes sitting in our living room for two and 1/2 weeks now. After the recent storm that we had a tree collapsed in our backyard and they have yet to clean it up; it takes up the entire backyard. We asked for our electricity meter number and they didn't know it. How do you not know that' We've been trying to contact them for over two weeks now to get it so that we can change the electricity into our name. Every encounter we have with the leasing people is rude and short. If you say something to them about what they promised, they will snap back at you and tell you how busy they are and how they can't do it. We did their job for them every step of the way. The people that run this complex are incompetent and rude. They will promise you things and never deliver them unless you do it yourself. I should be paid their salary because I have done a lot more than they have. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!
