I've read all iof the reviews currently available for Brookview Village on this site; and I noticed that most of them are a year or more older. I've lived here over two years and just renewed my leased and moved into another building. I know that the management staff has changed and since moving in September '07 have been very pleased. Moving from St. Louis but being from the North Shore I found this most reasonable rent in the area. The complex is 40 years old and requires a lot of maintenance which the management and staff does quite well. The management of Alan and Alan and the leasing agents Jackie and Barbara have also been very responsive to any requests I've had; I would also give kudos to Sergio and the maintenance. Most of the balconies have been rebuilt in the last year and the goose problem has been taken care of. The parking lot and grounds are well tended; the landscaping is done professionally. Parking is fine with me, and I sometimes work late. This complex was built when people had only per household not two or three. It is possible to get a Reserved place if needed and the complex complies with the ADA by making parking spots close to the buildings. All in all I have been very pleased, especially since the rents have been lowered for my new lease.
