I wish there was an option other than the yes I would like to recomend and the no I wont recomend cause Im just giving a picture of my stay... Everything was great the first 3 years of living here, oh wait I forgot there was this crazy guy living below me and he kept calling the cops on me because im stomping!!! unless im sleep stomping no one is awake!!! the cops kept on comming and the stupid cops game me a ticket because its the 3rd call. Cant they see my eye boogers'''that was stupid..but its not the apartments fault it was the crazy man and oh I complained and turned out the guy was actually crazy and he got evicted. problem solved. The place has big spacious apartments, reasonable prices and maintenance was very responsive. They would do routine bug exterminations good thing I did not see any critters and the old manager Matilda was really friendly and would even look out for you. She saw that one of my cabinet doors was loose she immediately called maintenance and by the afternoon, it was fixed. When I was thinking about renewing my lease I asked if we can look at other apartments in the building and knowing that I dont get out of work until after office hours, she accomodated me. I ended up staying in my old place but I got a brand new dishwasher put in. Then a year ago management changed and all of a sudden we had all these new rules like we cant hang picture frames and something about the dish. I did not read it nor did I sign it cause I already signed my lease and all the agreement crap when I renewed and this was in the middle of my lease. This is starting to get long so let me list the pros and cons of this place. Let's start with the pros.

1.elevator building..yes im lazy and i live in the upper floors
2. garbage chute right down the hall
3.great views
4.laundry right down the hall
5. indoor pool
6. cheap storage very gud prices...its the only thing i miss
7. great location
8. maintenance people are friendly

Cons:
1. stinky sticky gym...get a gym membership somewhere
2. be prepared to get stuck in the elevator and be nice enough to listen to your neighbor pressing the alarm button and call the fire department to get him out!!!
3.carpet walled elevator...asthma sufferer beware. and vandalism on the painted side of the elevator. STOP PAINTING IT and put laminate over it then you would not have to paint it everyday!!! If your easily offended close your eyes when you go in the elevator
4.only one washer and dryer per floor
5. Someone keeps breaking the front door so secured entry thing is out the door!!!
6. Broken "buzz in "thing so be ready to wait 10 minutes for the elevator so you can go down and open the front door for your friend yourself
7. Elevators are always broken so if youre having a heart attack just tell the medics to catch you as you jump out your balcony
8. Fire alarms keep going off!!!! the whole cry wolf thing is starting to happen here, I know I will burn in the event that the fire alarm goes off and there really is a fire cause im sick of actually lugging my files down the stairs for nothing!!!
9.My sink pukes black stuff!!!

So thats all the building flaws that they could fix. now heres a couple incidents that happend within the last year...
1.Someone broke into my car stealing my laptop bag...gud thing all I had was a weighing scale in the laptop bag..haaahaaa
2. Someone broke into the neighbors car
3. Someone broke the window in the lobby but ok they fixed it a few days after
4. Someone stole my mail!!!
5. Someone broke into a neighbors apartment

So I leave you to decide...

I am surprise critters were not seen from above. I you lived on the second floor, and each time I went to the garbage chute right down the hall I would find it clogged. Little critters managed to get out and creeped me out often. When it was empty the critters gathered inside the chute and run away upon opening the chute door. Then there were moments when the cops were coming often (Particularly the first floor.) Theft on the premises I found it sad because one time a car's 4 wheels were stolen and left the car on the ground. sniff.
