Spacious and quiet apartment. - I've been at Tailsman for nearly four months now. My unit is very spacious and well insulated from noise. There is ample parking compared to other apartments I considered. The maintenance guys are awesome! They go above and beyond the call of duty. Do not mve here I have livrd in this niosy construction zone for 2 years .The rent has gone up 150$ snd nothng works here.the place is not keep up and when the cicuit breakers do not work they trll you to only use the dishh washe r with nothing else on.

the WORST Brookview is a horrible place! They need ALL new staff because none of the ones there now know how to run the place. I practically grew up there as a child and it was GREAT! But now, NO WAY! Dont trust anyone there, they go into your home when you are at work! NO privacy there!
