Whoever wrote the last post has all there information screwed up. Bugs have been a problem in the spring time, the rain drives them in. But the office will spray and bomb at my convience to try to take care fo the problem! And yes before there were many problems in the past with drugs, but in the last year the owners have forked out almost a million dollars to buyout those problem people and there buildings because they were not actually part of surrey court. And there are no Section 8 housing here.....call the office and ask, 618-467-1899
A drunk neighbor drove through the sign...wrong. It was a kid, 16, dropping off his date one night. He was sober.
And teenagers being arrested for underage drinking....Their are college kids that live here. This is prob the most affordable, and closest housing to Lewis and Clark. Underage drinking happens everywhere, not just here! And i'd much rather have them home doing it than out on the road. And yea...the kids ran. I know i use to when the cops came. It's not like they robbed someone geeze.
This complex has been cleaned up in the recent years and any police officer will tell you the same thing. The complex actually asks Madison county to drive thru to help detour crime....not to strike fear in people
