I was a single woman working & attending college when I lived at Surrey ct. I absolutley enjoyed my time living there. My neighbors were fantastic, if I needed anything they were there, if I was not home & someone came by they would let me know. Some of the best friends I have today came from the community that lives at Surrey Ct. The maintenance men at surrey ct were also very helpful. Any problems I had were fixed immediately. They helped me with little house hold duties that I was not sure how to complete myself. Also, they would help watch my dogs if I was going to be gone most of the day. The apartment staff were very friendly, outgoing, helpful, and welcoming. I moved to the area from a rural community and the ladies at the office were very helpful with my adjustment to a new community. In all honesty I would not have imagined that the people involved in an apartment community would be so helpful, sincere, and appreciative with their tenants. My husband and I have already decided that when we move back to the Godfrey area that we are going live @ Surrey CT until we buy a house!!!!

This post was made by a staff member. They sit in their office and write good reviews all day in an attempt to outweigh the bad ones lol. If this continues they will be investigated and most likely removed from this site. These places are old, underdeveloped, and full of pests. Also very unsafe place to live.
