Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have lived at Royal Oak for 3 years now and it is truly home. The grounds are well upkept, the common areas are clean and recently remodled. They replaced all the washers and dryers in every building.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. They are there 7 days a week, which I can say isn't normal for most apartment complexes. The rental increases seem pretty standard, $25 a year since I've been here.
I would highly recommend Royal Oak to anyone.
