Great for a family/Great place for kids - I live in a 2bd 1 bath apt. The unit we have was not set up well for two single guys. It is set up very well for a family. Not worth it. If you want sleep at night this is not the place to live. It is not unusual to be woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of people fighting or music blaring. The cops showed up several times. Once I saw a guy get arrested right outside of my room. This place was too crazy

Great place to live This is a great condo complex, pool, pond, nature walkways, tennis courts, kids area. Spacious condos 1 and 2 bedroom. I own a 2 bedroom condo here and just love it. Great place for a very reasonable price.

Royal Oak is home I have lived at Royal Oak for 3 years now and it is truly home. The grounds are well upkept, the common areas are clean and recently remodled. They replaced all the washers and dryers in every building.

Stay away. These apartments have recently converted to "condos" and they pressure renters to buy. Buying one would be a terrible investment as there are tons available there.
