I have lived here for a while and not renewing my lease when the time comes.
Since early 2003, this apartment complex has turned into a former shadow of itself. There are a lot of extremely young people moving in who drive like maniacs around the grounds where many children play. There are shady people parking here at night with tinted windows sitting for hours on end. The Gurnee police have been here almost every weekend since the beginning of summer. It is becoming somewhat unsafe to go out at night right now.
It really is a nice property with a lot of amenties. I've heard the office staff has changed. It is a shame because this place really used to be something.
