Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
They have very poor maintenance, poor management....

I have had to call a few times to find out what the status is on a problem, and I think that?s rather a sad situation for what I thought would be a high-standard of rental living.

There are also occasional pest problems but usually lack of response!

I am not renewing my lease with them.
