horrendous neighbors and staff!

We lived here for a year and absolutely HATED it. Our downstairs neighbors were constantly complaining about our "pounding" around, which was totally asinine! Building is SHODDILY built. Anyone that visits this place will realize this immediately. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, phase 2 is much better built than phase 1, but not by much. Office staff didn't give a rats booty about our concerns. Dog cr@p EVERYWHERE! UNFRIENDLY neighbors.
Maintenance was never performed on time; however, they were friendlier than office staff. Work out facilities were okay at the best.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone in their right mind. Look elsewhere!
