I moved into this community thinking it was a step up from the rest. I should have noticed that something was wrong when my leasing agent left the company shortly after I moved in. First red flag. I have never had a good experience when dealing with the office staff. They are very short with you and act like you are bothering them. I believe you pay for what you get and I feel cheated, in fact robbed. A resident should feel like they are getting top notch service for $1,010 per month.

I called to complain of mice in the attic and the office staff acted like I was crazy, but when the maintenance staff arrived they saw mice droppings and knew I was right.

Another great example of service is the fact that the indoor pool was not going to be opened on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Their reason for closing it was no one was available to open it up. Isn't this business about serving the residents that live in your community' Aren't 90% of them off of work for the holiday' Restaurants are also in the service industry and they are open on holidays.

The maintenance staff has been the only people who were friendly and actually did anything around the building. That is their only saving grace, but I found out that some of that staff are no longer with the company.

I also wish that I had known about this web-site like another reviewer, because I would have kept looking.

Hopefully corporate will make a change because locally they are not.
