When apartment shopping this week, as well as last year, I stopped at Osprey Lake. They seemed to have everything I was looking for in my price range. Then I discovered their weakness, the office staff. The one new girl was friendly but stated she wasnt supposed to help me yet. So I waited 5-10 minutes for her. No problem, but then I was basically blown off but the seasoned associate. I had figured my first visit a year ago was just a fluke, but to my surprise, nope. They never even offered to show their available units!! Isnt that their job' I left feeling unworthy. Needless to say I renewed my current lease. I would had been willing to move just for thier billiard room.
