We did renew our lease only due to the fact that they send you a letter saying you have to resign two months before the lease is up. So wanting to move we only had two weeks to find a place, and if we rented month to month $450 was added on a month for rent. The hallways smelled horrible. the parking is horrible, no assigned spots, people will park along the streets or at the office. Noise level varies, you can often hear people walking up the stairs. Landscaping is nice, and there are nice trails and ponds on the property. Staff is decent, but they will not return phone calls, you have to go to the office if there is a problem.
