I lived at Amli for nearly two years, then decided I would try to save some money and move somewhere less expensive down the road. Boy am I sorry about that! For all the problems Amli does have, it doesn't even compare to how I have it now. My rent has decreased about $250/month, but I would gladly pay that now in order to not deal with the BS I deal with now. I live at the Lakes at Fountain Square, and you don't understand trash until you live here....

One thing I will mention, I think Amli is totally unfair about charges when we moved out. Like we had a $40 stove cleaning charge. I asked the management, did you go over personally and look at the stove' Did you see it yourself' They say no, the cleaning people said it was dirty. So basically the cleaning people tell them whatever they want, and they charge you without giving it a second glance. Also, if you live there, and you break accidentally one of the blinds, they will bring a replacement for it and not charge you. They did that for me. But, if one is cracked/broken when you leave, they charge you $40 for that. Huh''' Be careful, take pictures of anything that looks damaged when you move in with a camera with a date stamp on it to prove your case when you leave. can anyone tell me what kind of credit and rental check they do? i don't think my credit is that bad but I am also inquiring about making 3 times the rent in order to live there. I make over 2 times the amount of the rent and will be getting a part time job as well. are they really strict when it comes to renting there
